Tell us the email address you registered with and whether you sign in with email, Google or LinkedIn. Describe what you see when the login fails so we can reproduce the issue and restore access quickly.
I have a question about billing or my subscription
For questions about a charge, upgrading, or cancelling a plan, include the email on your account and the approximate date of the payment. You can compare what each plan includes on our pricing page.
The AI resume or cover letter output is not right
